To ensure availability and proper scheduling, all appointments booked through our website are subject to a binding booking agreement upon successful booked
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled only by calling the shop directly during official business hours or through the confirmation email received at the time of booking.
Requests made via social media, text message, or other channels will not be considered valid.
Business Hours:
09:00 – 18:00
If an appointment is scheduled for the following day, cancellation or rescheduling must be requested during the previous business day and within working hours.
Deposit & Refund Policy
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the required notice period and according to the procedure above will result in a full refund of the amount paid.
* In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice), failure to follow the required cancellation procedure, or a no-show, the deposit is considered non-refundable as compensation for reserved time and lost availability.
